Terms of service

These Terms apply when you browse StickerMigo, create an account, submit a custom project, or place an order. By taking one of those actions, you agree to the terms relevant to that action and confirm that the information you provide is accurate.

You must be legally able to enter the transaction yourself or have authority to act for the person or organization named on the order. StickerMigo is not directed to children, and a minor may use the purchasing or custom-upload features only through a parent or legal guardian where permitted.

If mandatory law gives you rights that cannot be limited by contract, those rights take priority over an inconsistent part of these Terms.

Keep passwords, verification messages, order links, and private custom-sticker links confidential. You are responsible for activity performed through access credentials under your control, except to the extent caused by StickerMigo's failure to use reasonable safeguards.

Notify us through the verified channel published on the contact page if credentials or private links may have been exposed. We may revoke sessions or links, require verification, or temporarily restrict an account to protect customers, projects, payments, or the service.

Catalog products are ready-made published designs, including character collections, lifestyle stickers, and StickerMigo originals. Custom products are made or altered using customer artwork, text, dimensions, finishes, or an original idea.

We aim to describe products accurately, but screen color, image scale, packaging, and reasonable production variation can differ from a physical item. Material performance also depends on the surface, preparation, exposure, cleaning, and care described with the product.

Adding an item to a cart does not reserve stock or create an accepted order. An order remains subject to server-side price and inventory validation, successful payment confirmation, correct address details, and applicable rights, safety, fraud, or production requirements. If an order cannot be accepted, the affected payment authorization or captured amount will be voided or refunded as appropriate.

The checkout summary shows the currency, item price, shipping charge, discount, tax information available to the storefront, and total before payment. Please stop and contact us if the final summary is materially different from the offer you intended to accept.

Discounts are governed by the conditions presented with them and may be limited by dates, products, customers, order values, or territories. Unless expressly allowed, promotions cannot be combined, converted to cash, or applied after purchase.

PayPal processes the payment authorization and capture when that option is selected. StickerMigo does not treat an order as paid merely because a browser returns from PayPal; the provider order, currency, amount, reference, and capture status are reconciled on the server. PayPal's own terms and privacy practices also apply to its service.

By submitting content, you confirm that you own it or have permission to reproduce it for the requested product, and that the submission and intended use do not violate law or another person's rights. The Artwork Rights & Licensing Policy explains the customer's responsibility for logos, characters, photographs, and recognizable third-party material.

Before ordering, you are responsible for checking the visible design and selected specification. Details about color, cutlines, exact elements, revisions, and physical tolerances appear in the Custom Sticker Details.

We may pause, request information about, or decline content or a project for rights, safety, legality, technical quality, production suitability, or risk reasons. Payment does not require us to produce prohibited or unsuitable content; any unperformed portion will be addressed according to the order status and applicable law.

Available delivery destinations, methods, and charges are presented through the cart or checkout. Production and carrier dates are estimates unless expressly identified as guaranteed. See the Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Cancellation and return rights differ between ready-made goods and custom products. In general, custom work may become non-cancellable when artwork or production work begins and is not returnable for a preference change after ordering. Defective, damaged, missing, or materially incorrect goods can be reported. See Returns, Refunds & Cancellations.

Do not use StickerMigo to:

• break the law, facilitate harm, threaten, harass, defraud, or invade privacy;
• upload malware, interfere with security, probe systems without permission, or evade access controls;
• impersonate another person or misrepresent authority, ownership, or affiliation;
• submit content that unlawfully infringes copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other rights;
• scrape private data, abuse automated interfaces, disrupt service, or resell access without authorization.

We may remove content, reject an order, limit access, preserve evidence, or cooperate with a lawful request when reasonably necessary to address misuse.

StickerMigo's site software, layout, original copy, brand elements, and original artwork remain owned by StickerMigo or the relevant licensors. Buying a physical sticker does not transfer copyright, trademark rights, or a right to manufacture copies unless a separate written license says otherwise.

You retain your rights in customer content. You grant StickerMigo and necessary production service providers a limited, non-exclusive permission to store, process, reproduce, and deliver that content only as needed to provide the requested service, operate secure records, and resolve support or legal issues. Public marketing use requires separate permission unless the content was supplied specifically for public publication. If you opt in to Community Creations, you give StickerMigo a non-exclusive permission to publicly display, market, reproduce, and sell that sticker design in the collection until the listing is removed. You may request removal through the support route.

Rights holders can use the IP concern form guidance to report a listing or submission.

We do not promise that the site will always be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by applicable law, StickerMigo is not responsible for losses caused solely by incorrect customer instructions, unauthorized customer content, unsupported use of a product, third-party services outside reasonable control, or events that could not reasonably be prevented.

Nothing in these Terms excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable responsibility for fraud, deliberate misconduct, or injury where exclusion is prohibited. Any contractual limit must be interpreted narrowly and consistently with mandatory consumer law.

Before beginning a formal dispute, please use the verified channel published on the contact page and provide the order or project details and requested resolution. These Terms do not create mandatory arbitration or select an unconfirmed forum; the laws and dispute rights that validly apply to the transaction remain applicable.

We may update these Terms to reflect product, service, security, or legal changes. The updated date identifies the current version. A material change does not silently rewrite an order already accepted; the version and order information in effect for that transaction continue to govern unless law requires otherwise or both sides agree.

If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent possible. A failure to enforce a provision once does not waive it permanently.
