Custom sticker details

Your custom sticker is built around the artwork, dimensions, material, finish, and visible details you choose for your order.

In short

  • Published catalog stickers use the product listing; custom stickers use the artwork and options chosen for your order.
  • Custom stickers are made from the selected design, size, material, finish, and cutline.
  • Screens cannot guarantee exact printed color, and physical cutting has reasonable tolerances.

Custom sticker details

Ready-made catalog stickers are ordered from the published product images and specifications. A custom sticker starts with your artwork or idea, then brings together the text, shape, dimensions, border, cutline, material, and finish chosen for that order.

Custom artwork does not give anyone permission to use third-party content. Only upload artwork you own or have permission to reproduce; see the Artwork Rights & Licensing Policy.

Details to check before you order

Before ordering, look over the complete design at final size and check:

  • artwork version, crop, orientation, and transparency;
  • all spelling, dates, contact details, URLs, and numbers;
  • dimensions, quantity, shape, border, cutline, material, and finish;
  • small type, thin lines, QR codes, and other machine-readable elements;
  • the relationship between artwork, trim area, bleed, and safe area.

Zoom can be misleading

A detail that appears clear at high magnification may not reproduce or read at its final physical size. View the artwork at 100% scale when possible.

Changes and production start

Your order uses the artwork and specification selected for that custom sticker. If you want to change the artwork, size, material, finish, or other visible detail, make the change before placing the order whenever possible.

After production begins, a change may require cancellation of work already completed, a new charge, and a revised schedule. We will not silently substitute a later catalog image or product description for the version recorded with the order.

A project may need additional information where a file has technical limits or where the selected artwork conflicts with the chosen product or applicable rights.

Color, finish, and cutting tolerances

Displays emit light while printed materials reflect it. Device settings, color profiles, ink, vinyl, laminate, lighting, and neighboring colors can change appearance. On-screen artwork shows the design and layout; it is not a promise of an exact screen-to-print match unless a separate physical color standard is expressly accepted.

Contour cutting and finishing involve normal mechanical variation. Borders, narrow points, interior gaps, and elements placed close to the cutline can make small shifts more noticeable. A defect assessment considers the selected design, final size, intended construction, and reasonable production tolerance rather than a highly enlarged image alone.

Artwork quality and exact elements

Use an original high-resolution export or vector file whenever possible. Enlarging a small screenshot does not recreate missing detail. For exact logos, lettering, barcodes, and QR codes, choose artwork mode and supply the clearest source file you have.

Automated preparation may remove a background, adjust a canvas, create a border, prepare a cutline, or place artwork into a mockup. It should not be relied on to reconstruct exact brand marks or machine-readable patterns. Test any critical code or contact detail from a physical sample before a large run.

Order and design records

StickerMigo may retain an order snapshot, selected artwork version, production specification, and related support history for fulfillment, reorders, quality support, fraud prevention, disputes, and legal recordkeeping. Access to private project material is controlled as described in the Privacy Policy.

For a reorder, compare the current material and production specification with your original order. Age, substrate batches, equipment, and suppliers can produce reasonable variation between separate runs.

Market readiness

These policies state StickerMigo's current operating rules clearly. Before sales open in a new market, applicable consumer, privacy, tax, and accessibility requirements should be assessed by qualified local counsel and matched to checkout behavior.
