StickerMigo's public shop may include original characters, lifestyle designs, and other artwork offered by the store. The product page identifies the design, material, finish, and available options for that item.

Buying a sticker does not grant a right to reproduce its artwork. Names, characters, marks, and other protected material remain the property of their respective owners where applicable.

You may submit original artwork, photographs you are authorized to reproduce, commissioned work with sufficient reproduction rights, a company mark submitted by an authorized representative, or properly licensed assets.

By submitting content, you represent that you have the rights required for the intended product and quantity and that you have obtained permissions needed for people, private property, trademarks, artwork, or other protected material shown. Keep the source files and written permissions supporting that representation.

The rights confirmation in the upload form is a factual statement from the customer. It does not transfer third-party rights or convert fan art into commercial merchandise.

Use artwork mode for logos, exact lettering, barcodes, QR codes, and regulated symbols. Processing may remove a background, resize the canvas, create a border or cutline, or build a mockup, but it should not creatively redraw an exact mark.

Check spelling, colors, clear space, minimum size, and scan performance. A QR or barcode should be tested from a physical sample in the conditions where it will be used.

A custom request featuring a recognizable entertainment character, logo, costume, symbol, celebrity, or real person requires the permissions appropriate to the requested use. When in doubt, start with an original character or lifestyle concept instead.

Crediting an owner, adding “fan art,” saying “inspired by,” changing a single color, or stating that no infringement is intended does not by itself create commercial permission. Parody, fair use, quotation, and similar exceptions depend on facts and law; StickerMigo does not decide those questions as legal counsel.

AI-assisted generation does not guarantee originality, exclusivity, registrability, or freedom from third-party rights. Choose original concepts and look carefully for recognizable protected expression, logos, people, text errors, and accidental similarity before ordering.

Do not use a creative generation mode to recreate an exact third-party mark or to imply an endorsement that does not exist. Private AI processing and any configured Qwen-compatible vision or image service are described in the Privacy Policy.

You retain ownership of your customer content. You give StickerMigo and necessary service providers a limited, non-exclusive permission to host, transform, reproduce, print, package, and deliver the content only as needed to provide the requested service, maintain secure operational records, and resolve rights, quality, payment, or support issues.

This permission does not give StickerMigo a general right to sell your custom artwork to others or use it in advertising. Public portfolio, social, sample, or promotional use requires separate permission unless the content was submitted expressly for that public use. The optional Community Creations consent in the upload form is that separate permission for a public listing; leaving it unchecked keeps the product private-only.

StickerMigo does not provide legal advice or guarantee that uploaded content is free from third-party rights. The customer remains responsible for the truth and sufficiency of the permissions supplied.

Rights holders or authorized representatives can follow the IP concern guidance. Reports should identify the protected work or mark, the StickerMigo location at issue, authority to act, contact details, and a good-faith explanation.
