Our commitment
Our goal is for people to browse stickers, understand product choices and policies, create a project, manage a cart, and request support without unnecessary barriers. We consider keyboard access, focus visibility, semantic structure, text alternatives, readable contrast, responsive layouts, form labels, error identification, and reduced-motion preferences.
This statement describes our present approach. It is not a claim that every page has been independently certified or that every third-party service meets the same level of accessibility.
How accessibility is considered
StickerMigo uses native controls and structured headings where practical, provides text labels for important images and controls, supports keyboard navigation, and avoids making color the only signal for important status. Interfaces should remain usable when text is enlarged and when motion-reduction preferences are enabled.
New or substantially changed purchasing paths should be tested with automated checks and manual keyboard and screen-reader testing in proportion to their risk. Accessibility findings are prioritized alongside functional defects.
Known sources of limitation
Some generated or customer-supplied artwork can contain visual detail that is difficult to describe completely. Product mockups are supplementary; product name, variant, price, material, and ordering controls should remain available as text.
PayPal and other external services may have their own interface and accessibility behavior. Uploaded artwork, old content, or a third-party widget may not always meet the same standard as StickerMigo's core interface.
An accessibility statement is not a finish line
Standards, browsers, assistive technologies, and the storefront change. A reported barrier is assessed on its facts rather than dismissed because a page previously passed an automated check.
Alternative access and transaction support
If a barrier prevents access to information or a transaction, use the verified route published on the contact page and identify the request as accessibility-related. Describe the page, task, assistive technology if you wish, and the format or assistance that would help.
We will make a reasonable effort to provide the same information, item, or support through an accessible alternative without requiring unnecessary medical or disability information.
How to report a barrier
A useful report may include the page URL, the control or content involved, what you expected, what happened, browser and assistive technology, and whether the issue blocks purchase or another time-sensitive task. Do not include passwords or complete payment information.
Accessibility and legal requirements vary by market. The storefront should be assessed against the standards and laws applicable before opening production sales in a new territory.
